Our standard coverage for a wedding day is 8-10 hours. But I would be happy to customize your plan to accommodate additional hours. For weddings under 8 hours I can accommodate within 1-2 months before your wedding date if available.
I like to sit with you and discuss your wedding details face to face. I meet most of my couples at a local Starbucks, Panera Bread and Dunkin’ Donut locations, but more recently I have been doing alot of Skype & FaceTime meetings. Weather we talk in person or over the web it's always great to break the ice before your big day.
Aside from shooting wedding videography and photography, I am a full-time email marketer and graphic designer. I have lived in the creative industry for over 10 years. This gives me the edge to tackle any creative type jobs. I also want to say that I do my best to stay up to date with the latest trends as its always changing around us.

My films are story driven in a documentary how it happened style. The highlight films you can see on my website are told the way they happened on your wedding day. I am well versed at capturing the spontaneity and beauty of your emotional day.
I do my best to get as creative as possible throughout the day. Having an assistant or a second shooter allows me to get what i need throughout the day. When I solo shoot, I will pull you aside during the photos to gather a few creative motion shots. Please feel free to reach out and I can show you an example or explain further.
I have traveled all over New England and have shot at a long list of venues. Here are just a few:
Yes, we are covered by liability insurance and would be happy to provide your venue with a copy.
Our packages include 70 miles and under of travel. A travel fee will be quoted on an individual basis. My location is in Chelmsford, MA which is close to Nashua, NH & Westford, MA. For weddings taking place on Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket a ferry fee and lodging will apply. During peak season we require lodging the night before your wedding in order to account for heavy traffic and ensure timely arrival. Are you getting married in another state or maybe even traveling international I am happy to take a plane or boat anywhere!
Please reach out to me via email@example.com or CLICK HERE to learn more about destination weddings.
I require a $350 deposit and the signed contract to reserve your date. The remaining sum is due 14 days or 2 weeks before your wedding date. I can set you up with a payment plan though PayPal, but a fee will apply. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
We do our best to stay up to date on our gear. Our wedding films are shot on DLSRs with a series of different types of lenses. For audio throughout the day we have on camera microphones, lavalier microphones, wireless audio and multiple audio recorders you can never record to much audio I strive to have as much backup as possible. During the reception I will light the dance floor with 2-3 spot lights on 10-12 ft. light stands and I also carry two on camera lights for backup reasons. Other gear I will is for support like tripods and monopods.
We do have backup equipment available to ensure that your wedding day is covered. We like to bring along more gear than is needed for safety reasons. But in most cases any gear I bring I try to use as another angle incase a guest walks in front of a static camera. If I for whatever reason become really ill I have friends in the field who I can reach out to. If I can't provide you with a shooter I will provide you with full refund including the retainer/deposit.
An assistant is an add-on option on our contract. In most cases my wife will come along with me to help out with larger weddings when she is availability. I always reach out and ask your permission before bringing her along.
Of course they can, we simply ask your guests to be mindful of our videographer's presence. Before a ceremony starts it's always nice when the officiant announces our presence. This avoids your film having guests stand in front of a static camera being used.
Additional coverage can be easily added. If you decide on your special day that you want a filmmaker to stay late, we will accommodate this even if you ask us to stay last minute just tap us on our shoulders and ask.
As a professional wedding videographer, we inherently know what to capture. But I am always willing to accept a list for any special shots you might want me to capture if time allows for it. I enjoy creating as much movement which creates a cinematic feeling.
Our videographers dress professionally and will always adapt to whatever dress code your wedding calls for. I will check in with you during one of our meetings to chat.
Yes, some examples would be love stories, engagement films, memory videos, real estate, digital promo films, dance recitals, and many more. Please visit my investment page or reach out to me via email for more details.
We know you're going to be anxious to see your memories come to life! A normal wedding highlight film and documentary edit will take me between 6-12 weeks to complete. In most cases I provide a much faster turn around time. Teaser films are delivered within 3-5 business days after your wedding.
After your wedding I make three backup copies. One hangs out with my computer, one goes in a fire box and the last one goes in my backpack and goes everywhere I go. Further, I have an online backup storage solution of all the final edited films. If you purchase the raw footage option I will have a 4th backup until your wedding is ready to be shipped.
Great question, I will keep all the edited films on an external hard drive in my firebox for as long as possible. All of the raw video, audio and photos will be removed from my servers 6-12 months after your wedding depending on the amount of space I have available for future weddings.
I accept personal checks, bank checks, PayPal (a fee will apply) and cash.
Yes we do!
You should plan to book us 6-18 months before your wedding date. I have been able to accommodate couples whose weddings fall outside of that timeframe so don't worry. Since I work a full-time Monday through Friday job I only accept weddings which are held on Saturday's & Sunday's in advanced. For any weddings under 7 hours of coverage or are being held on Monday or Friday I will accept those 30-60 days before the big day so I can make sure I can get the day off.
Of course! I have templates from past weddings I can share with you. I do ask that my couples send me a rough draft copy of there wedding date which I can then add myself to. When we meet to go over all the details before your wedding this is the perfect time to also go over my timeline so you know where I will be.
A first look is when the couple meets prior to the ceremony to share an intimate and emotional “first look” at each other before the bride walks down the aisle. I shoot all my first looks on two cameras and capture all the emotion and audio. Depending on the time of year, the first look can be key part of the story of your day and it helps set the mood. If you are getting married in the late afternoon or evening during the fall or winter season outdoors. If tearing up while watching your film is important to you a first look should be considered. Let’s be realistic, New England weather changes by the minute! I have encountered all different types of weather situations. We urge you to ALWAYS have a firm back-up plan, especially if you are planning an outdoor wedding. As for me depending on the amount of traveling and the fact the wedding will go on i will purchase a hotel room close by a few days before depending on vacancy for safety reasons. In end we make the best of it!
Currently I do not. With New England winters weddings the weather is unpredictable and it will require us to make logistical changes needed to provide coverage. In my experience hotels are needed to accommodate for the team and with additional costs, we cannot discount our services. I do occasionally run deals around the holiday season so be on the lookout. I only allow for one wedding a weekend usually in most cases so I book up fast.
Like the above question, I have traveled all over and have shot at a long list of churches. Here are just a few:
